Shivam Sales Provide Chips collect in the chip conveyer. This chip conveyer transport chips to Chip wringer is placed under chip conveyer. Chips will be dropped in the chip wringer with pre-set intervals. Dry chips collects in the another chip conveyer & oil collects in the chip oil can.
Paper band filter is gravity type filter. Conveyer belt is provided to support the filter paper & to take out waste filter paper out from the filter. Coolant is fed to the filter by gravity which collects drops on the filter paper through diffuser box. Diffuser box is provided to reduce the
velocity of the coolant thus to avoid tearing off the filter paper. Clean coolant collects in the coolant tank which is placed below the filter through filter paper.
Magnetic separators keep near the machine outlet. Coolant along with the swarf collects in the inlet trough of the magnetic separator. Coolant passes through the magnetic separator. Magnetic separator is rotates through geared motor with very low speed i.e. 1 rpm. During this, magnetic particles attracts towards the magnetic separator. Magnetic separator continuously rotates.
Shivam Sales provide Oil skimmers these are mainly used to remove suspended tramp oil from the coolant surface. This works on principle surface tension. PU belt is used for this
application in some case SS belts are also used. Belt holds in two pulleys one is drive and another is driven. With geared motor drive pulley rotates the belt in upward direction, during this oil from the surface get stuck with belt surface. This oil thus removed by a scraper mounted on top.
