Ventilation Industries In Pune - Devi Enterprises

DEVI Enterprises is the team of Dedicated Engineers to Ventilation Industries, having versatile experience of 30 plus years. We specialize in Natural Ventilation, Force Draft, Pressurization, Clean rooms, Smoke/Fume ventilation/Extraction, Car Park Ventilation system, Smoke Curtains & Thermal- Acoustics Insulation.

We Design, Engineer, Manufacture & install our prime product “Venturi Ventilator” using Venturi Principle & Differential pressure inside the Building & Atmosphere. This product does not have any rotating parts, Hence No Wear OR Tear & is maintenance free. This product is installed on any rooftop of any building. The products are available in Aluminum Alloy, PPGI & Galvalume.

Application of Venturi Ventilator is in all buildings for Heat mass Extraction. We are authorized sole Promotional, distribution & Service partners in India for M/s. E.M.B. Products AG (RODA), who are specialized In Natural/ Smoke/ Fire Ventilation Systems used for passive fire Proofing.

Automatic Smoke Extraction System

We attach great importance to the high quality of all our products. All our smoke and heat extraction systems can also be used for everyday ventilation and stand out due to the following characteristics:

  • Individually adaptable to all types of buildings
  • Energy-saving natural lighting, which is glare-free when using opal polycarbonate or
  • Lumira™-filled panels (light incidence from above is five times more effective than through side windows)
  • All consoles are produced from high-strength castings
  • Hail-and fall-through-proof depending on the specification
  • Powder coating allows for individual choice of colours
  • Plinth mounting using tension locks – no drill holes needed
  • Flaps with fire-resistance rating A1 (depending on the specification)
  • Low maintenance
  • The products contain no harmful materials and can be recycled.

  • Louvred Ventilator

Devi Enterprises offers Louvred Ventilators in metal and plastic and some styles include flyscreens. Louvred Ventilators manufactured from aluminium with a returned rim, surface mounted. These Louvred Ventilators are weatherproof and give good air circulation. For matching adjustable ventilators, see 3-series. This is suitable for natural day to day and smoke control ventilation. Louvred Ventilators are delivered fully assembled to site and may be installed at any angle from the horizontal to the vertical. It has a wide range of base profiles to suit all sheeting, curb or glazing applications. Bases are customized to suit the installation into either curtain walling, glazing or prepared openings.

    Labyrinth Natural Ventilator

The Labyrinth Natural Ventilator uses aerodynamically designed baffles and louvers to provide persistent and consistent weatherproof ventilation. Labyrinth Natural Ventilator provides continuous extract ventilation for most kinds of industrial buildings. Its aerodynamically designed louvres provide high capacity continuous weatherproof ventilation. The ventilator collects rainwater and drains it away through side channels. Constructed of aluminum, the ventilator is low-profile and compact to minimize wind load impact. The unit can be used for air extract and air inflow and can be adapted to accept sound absorbers. It can also be fitted with a shutter. Labyrinth is very low silhouette and low in weight and this means that less supporting steelwork is required than comparable ventilators.

    Fire Ventilator

Fire Ventilator is a louvre bladed slope mounted fire ventilator with a low profile design to enhance the architectural aesthetics of any building. The louvred blades are designed to close individually over its own rain channel, providing a waterproof system in the closed position. Natural day-to-day ventilation is made possible with the addition of electromechanical or pneumatic operating systems.

    Glass Wool Insulation

Devi Enterprises offers Glass Wool Insulation which is made from fibreglass, which is layered and arranged to produce a similar texture to that of wool. The way it’;s made is a bit like the way fairy floss is spun; molten liquid glass made from sand and recycled glass products is pulled through a superfine mesh by centrifugal force, and the tiny strands dry and cool on contact with air. The individual fibres are held together with a binding agent, which helps to hold glass wool together and give it strength. Once it’;s made glass wool it is cut to size and packed in either rolls or panels (also called batts’;) for transport. The fibres in glass wool work to trap air between them and stop airflow. Heat passing through the fibres therefore can’;t penetrate very, far as the material itself does not conduct heat very well and the air pockets it contains are isolated from each other. The more compressed the batts are, the less resistant to heat they become, as they will not trap air as effectively.
