R.V. Industries is established in 1984 as a small-scale industry to manufacture demagnetizers for Bajaj Auto Ltd., Pune. Subsequently variety of demagnetizers were developed and supplied to various customers like SKF Bearings, HMT Bearings, Asian Bearings, and Kinetic Engineering etc. After acquiring sufficient experience in demagnetizers we developed industrial washing machines for bearing races in 1989.
First machine was supplied to SKF Bearings, Pune. During past 28 years, we developed and supplied hundreds of various types of washing machines to leading automobile, components manufacturing industries and bearing manufactures. In this process we gathered lot of experience and knowledge in the industrial washing field.

Now we are in a position to clean variety of components from few grams to few hundred kilos, with stringent Millipore values up to less than 0.01mg per component. Besides, we are manufacturing material handling systems (roller conveyor, powerized roller / belt conveyors, general SPMs pick and place mechanisms etc. Recently, we have developed leak testing machines for castings (using mass flow measurement method), which have received good response from industries.
